It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olga Joyce Jones of Whitney, Texas, born in Lueders, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Earl and Fannie Mae Shelley (Petty); and her siblings, Olan Shelley, Jesse Belle Brawley, Douglas Otto Shelley, Rosa Mae Barone, Sarah Helen Pippin and Hoadley Richard Shelley.
She is survived by: her husband Linza Joseph Jones Senior; her sons, Linza Joseph Junior and Brian Anthony; her grandchildren, Linza Joseph Jones III, Amanda Shey Jones, Jacob Ryan Jones and Sydney Micaela Jones; and her great grandchild Rowen Noel Jones.
