She is survived by: her children, Diana Balderas of Whitney, Norma Martinez of Montezuma, KS, Hector Salinas of Victoria, Joe Salinas, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Fernando Salinas of Beeville and Severo Salinas of Woodbury; and her sister Norma Delgado of Elgin. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
