He is survived by: his wife Patricia Louise Woodfill of Pampa; his daughters, Cynthia Culmo (Mark) of Fort Worth and Gaylene Schueneman (Herb); his grandchildren, Dru Donnell (Tiffany) of McKinney and Briana Waters (Dustin) of Marietta, Georgia.; his great grandchildren, Denver Donnell and Audrey Waters; his siblings, Dorislene Price of Spearville Kansas, Elaine Feese (Charlie) of Olathe and Leo Tilson (Hilda) of Hackett Arkansas; his sister-in-law Sandi Woodfill (Georgina Alves) of Tulare, California.; and his caregivers, Pat Eaker and Lawrence Wilson (Bud) of Whitney, Texas..
