She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Smith and Jacquelyn Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lisa (Danny Williams) and David Neal; her sister Sally Cummings; and her cousins, Philda Morris and Dee Ann Hunt. She is also survived by 4 beautiful grandchildren.
