He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambert J. "Bud" and Margaret Porter (Seddon); and his brother Tommy Porter. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Porter of Whitney; his children, Dawn Fratangelo (Matt) of Kennedale and Kyle Porter (Sarah Wethington) of Whitney; his granddaughters, Lily, Ryan Fratangelo and Violet Porter; and his sister Lynn Stanley (Reith). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
