He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Doug, Adeline Bush of Whitney, George and Elda Fossett of Clifton. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Bush and Donna Bush; his sons, Dylan and Denver Bush; his sister Robin Doan (John); his nephews, Tanner Doan (Yvonne) and Tate Doan; his great-niece Leisl Doan; and his wife Elizabeth. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
