It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Holden (Whitney, Texas), born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph, Jr. and Bernice Holden (Pickart); his children, Tina Holden, Tommy Holden and Oscar Arriola; his aunt Vivienne Holden; and also, Nana and Pops.
He is survived by: his wife April Holden of Whitney; his children, Paula Hess of Murray, Charles J. Holden (Isabel) of San Antonio, Michelle Candelaria of Tyler and Tiffani McHenry of Waco; his siblings, Marty Lutz of Pennsylvania, Sandy Baker (Cliff) of Arlington and Bunny Murphy of Venus; and his parents-in-law, Chester Smith of Whitney and Gloria Smith of Tyler. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grand children.
