With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Jackson of Whitney, Texas, born in Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on March 9, 2021 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Jackson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Jackson and Sena Hogue Jackson; and his brother Andy. He is survived by: his wife Ann Hendrick; his daughters, Catherine Walton (Kelly) of Sherman, TX and Cindy Leatherman (Terry) of Tolar, TX.; and his granddaughters, Holly Leatherman Parker (Jaylin), Erin Walton, Amy Walton and Abby Leatherman.
In lieu of flowers, Ann asks for donations to be given in Joe's memory to The Gideons International for the distribution of the Gospel, or First Baptist Church of Whitney.
