He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Oscar Turner and Dorothy Nell Turner (Sims); his brother Jeffrey; and his grandson Logan. He is survived by: his wife Donna Turner; his children, Justin Turner, Jon Turner and Haley Turner; his daughter-in-law Gayla Turner; his grandchildren, Daniel, Joshua, Cassidy, Landon, Kamilah, Nevaeh, Madison, Ross, James, Josh and Nick; and his siblings, Jesse, Jody, Belinda, Jay Todd, Terry, Susie and Jana. He is also survived by cousins, in-law's, nieces, and nephews.
