She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Dale Eubank; her parents, Nick and Mable; and her siblings, Bob Simon and Mary Hannah.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Dale Eubank, Jr. (Julie) of Corpus Christi, TX and Kent Eubank (Susan) of Whitney, TX; her grandchildren, Kara Richardson (Zachary Sniderman) of Houston, TX, Lindsey Peterson (David) of Houston, TX, Anne Eubank (Charles Brown) of Houston, TX, Miranda Eubank of Corpus Christi, TX, Carter Eubank (Bianca) of Waco, TX and Cameron Eubank of Austin, TX; and her great grandchildren, Chase Brown of Houston, Texas, Parker Brown of Houston, Texas, Will Richardson of Houston, TX, Charles Richardson of Houston, TX, James Simmons of Houston, TX, Lucy Simmons of Houston, TX, David Sniderman of Houston, TX, Natalie Peterson of Houston, Texas and Claire Peterson of Houston, TX. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
To protect the health and safety of Gwen's family and friends, all attendees will be required to wear a mask or face covering and practice social distancing at all times.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to King Memorial United Methodist Church in Whitney in memory of Gwen Eubank.
