Lively (Jeff Hutton) of Dallas One and Allison Lively (Patrick Sullivan) of Waxahachie Three; his grandchildren, Emmeline of Waxahachie, Campbell of Waxahachie and Patrick Beck Sullivan of Waxahachie; and his brothers, John Henry Lively Jr. (Mary Jo) of Lake Jackson and Billy Joe Lively (Diana) of Rockwall.
