He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Watts, Sr. and Ruby Berryhill Watts. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mikeska Watts of Whitney; his brother Stan Watts (Karen) of Lubbock; his children, Sheila Carter (Bryan) of Granbury, Donna York (John) of Burleson, David Watts of Lincoln Park and Vickie Casey (Byron) of Azle; and his friend Scooper. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild; and cousins, sisters-in-law, nephews.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery near West. Facial masks and social distancing are encouraged at all services.
