With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Slack (Whitney, Texas), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on January 3, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Liston Worth Slack and Louise Corine Stevenson Slack; and his sister Carol Jean Slack. He is survived by: his wife Fredia Lois Eastep Slack; his brother Michael Worth Slack; and his children, Laura Lynn Dahman, Jerry Ray Smith, Phillip Liston Slack, Kenneth Warren Smith and Corie Dawn Griffin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
