She was predeceased by: her parents, Classey May Joseph Vincent and Mavis Erline Vincent (Locklin); and her son Richard Leon Rowe. She is survived by: her husband Robert Rowe; and her children, Mary Ellen Farmer, Hollie Ann Sterling and Audrey Jean Jorden. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
