He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Eubank and Vera Eubank (Callaway); and his brothers, Rex and Charlie Eubank. He is survived by: his former wife Virginia Carol Arnold; his wife Carol Eubank; his son Randy Eubank (Julie); his grandsons, Elijah Eubank and Jonah Eubank; and his sister Betty June Rader (Richard) of Eudora, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as other relatives and friends.
