He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Allen and Margie Ruth Allen (Newsome); his siblings, Margaret Weehunt and Jerry Allen; and his niece Laura Reed.
He is survived by: his former wife Ellie Joyce Miller; his wife Joyce Allen of Whitney; his children, Billy Allen of Cleburne, Gary Allen (Carol) of Cleburne, Gena Applegate (Randy) of Whitney, Charles Allen (Misty) of Whitney and Billie Smith (Mark) of Whitney; his grandchildren, Tabitha, Eli, Betina, Josh, Brett, Sarah, Gary, Brittany, Hayden, Landry, Christian, C. J., Collin, Shaela, Kinsley and Zac; and his sister-in-law Barbara Allen of Cleburne. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
