He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fugitt and Daisy Fugitt (Cheek); and his children, Gary Fugitt and Susan Fugitt. He is survived by: his children, Judy Payne (Wyatt), Albert Fugitt, Shellye, Robert Fugitt and Jolene Fugitt; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon, Hollie, Candace, Colton, Hailie, Heidi and Keaira. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
