We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2025, at the age of 80, Seletia Jo Childers of Whitewright, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, W. B. Key and Alva Lillian Gentry Key; her husband Jimmy Childers; and her brother George Key. She is survived by: her children, Michael David Childers (Lori) of Whitewright and Misty Lynn Slaughter (James) of Whitewright; her grandchildren, Travis Slaughter, Jake Childers (Destinee), Matthew Slaughter, Cody Childers and Laura Trott (Destin); and her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Colton, Rylan, Annabelle, Nicky, Aubrey and Zane.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kentucky Town Baptist Church (264 Kentucky Town Rd, Whitewright, TX 75491).
