She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Ernest Hood and Lola Katherine Campbell Hood; her husband Everett Chism (Chiz); and her siblings, Percy Tracy, Jessie Hood, Nina Barnes and Junie Norris.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Thompson (Doyle) of Whitewright; her grandchildren, Jeff Thompson (Camille) of Whitesboro and Heather Thompson of Richardson; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Brant and Hayes; and her sister Edna Christian of Sherman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and lots of loving friends.
