She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Bejamin Box (R. B.); her parents, Edward Mentele and Frances Mentele; her brother Rick Mentele; her son Marc Phelan; and her grandson Kelly Phelan.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Phelan and Benjamin Box; her daughter-in-law Gloria Phelan; her grandchildren, Wesley Phelan, Brian Phelan, Lincoln, Emerson and London Box; and her siblings, Jeanne Ledbetter, Reg Mentele, Dixie Rivers, Steve Mentele and Laurie Mentele. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
