He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cummings and Dorthea Cummings. He is survived by: his wives, Patsy Crow and Patsy Cummings of Whitesboro; his daughter Teresa Gwen Lee (David) of Pampa; and his stepsons, Johnny Plumley (Pasha) of Borger and Michael Plumley (Jodina) of Borger. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight, great-grandchildren, three brothers, four sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
