She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe S. Irvan and Lela Irvan (Hudson); her husbands, Elmer Barnes and Cecil Adams; and her siblings, LaVada Maples and Billy Joe Irvan.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Barnes (Vicki) of Gainesville, Jerry Barnes (Judy) of Gainesville and Billy Bob Barnes of Whitesboro. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
