He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Flook and Mable Flook (Fisher); his sister Delores Flook; his wife Hope Flook; and his daughter Vanessa Flook.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Flook (Vicki) of Era, TX and Beverly Mosier (Weldon) of Euless, TX; his grandchildren, Jessica, Stephani, Christina and Sean; and his great grandchild Addalynn.
The family held a private memorial in the home at the time of death due to Coronavirus restrictions.
