He is survived by: his parents, Bob Garvin and Joretta Garvin (Ginger Garvin) of Tyler; his children, Kevin (Renee Garvin) of Katy and Gina Garvin of Whitesboro; his grandsons, Grant Garvin of Fort Worth, Riley Stricker of Whitesboro and Connor Hastcoat of McKinney; his sister Becky Adams; and his nieces and nephews, John of Emerald Bay, Dena of Emerald Bay, Ali of Emerald Bay and Erin Culpepper of Emerald Bay.
