She is survived by: her former husband Franklin Adolphas Riggs (Dee); and her children, Andrew Riggs (Marlene) of Westminster, MD, Arvie Riggs (Carol), Bob Riggs (Darlene), Johnny Riggs, Mary Mackey and David Riggs (Kathy).
