He is survived by: his wife Cherry Milstead; his son Roger Milstead of Azle, TX; his stepsons, Ted Autry (Teresa) of Whitesboro, TX and Darrin Autry (Linda) of Frisco, TX; and his sister JoAnn Flores of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
