He is survived by: his wife Jane Frances Konzem; his children, Jennifer Konzem of Lenexa, KS., Jill Lancaster (Mark) of Whitesboro, TX., Jolene Eichburg (Matthew) and John Konzem of Spring Hill, KS.; his grandchildren, Haley Jameson (Brian) of La Veta, CO., Jackson Hake, Rory Hake of Whitesboro, TX, Kate Eichburg and John Eichburg; his great grandchild Merrick Nicholas Jameson of La Veta, CO.; his stepgrandsons, Lane Lancaster of Flower Mound, TX and Luke Lancaster of Pilot Point, TX.; his sister-in-law Sondra Konzem of Loveland, CO.; and his nieces, Jane L. Konzem of Overland Park, KS., Christa Davis of Alamosa, CO. and Kathy Knapp (Cameron) of Fort Collins, CO..
