She was predeceased by: her father Billy Howard. She is survived by: her daughters, Chelsie Kemp (Clayton) of Frisco, Devanie McDowell (Levi) of Whitesboro and Keegan Pettus of Gordonville, Texas; her grandchildren, Abby Royall-Kemp and Palmer Kemp; her mother Francis McCarter-Howard (Blackenship); and her brothers, Ronnie Howard of Frisco and Billy Howard (Juanita).
