He is survived by: his wife Misty King of Whitehouse; his children, Nathan Ballin (Chasity) of Harrodsburg, Hunter King of Tyler and Shayna Ballin of Whitehouse; his siblings, Renee Boulis, James Ballin and John Ballin; and his grandchildren, Brenden Ballin, Tyler Ballin and Lynleigh Ballin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
