He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Stanton (LeGalley); his brother James "Jim" Stanton, Jr.; and his daughter Sarah Marie Stanton. He is survived by: his father James Stanton, Sr. of Fairfield; his wife Pamela Stanton of Whitehouse; his children, Spencer Stanton of Whitehouse, Stephanie Jennings (Joseph) of Gilmer and Shelby Hollister of Whitehouse; his grandchildren, Rainy, Millie, Aiden and Zoey; and his sister-in-law Martha Stanton. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
