She was predeceased by: her husband Peyton Forsythe; her son Daryl Peyton Forsythe; her parents, Jeff Billingsley and Selma Bond Billingsley; and her siblings, Walter, Willard, Robert, Jimmy, Nathaniel Billingsley and Lorena Redd.

She is survived by: her daughter Darenda Mullins (William); her grandchildren, Chase Mullins, Chasscie "Luna" Mullins, Lacie Bass (Michael) and Amanda Forsythe; and her sister Louise Anderson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
