He is survived by: his wife Debra Miller; his children, Michael Miller and Shay Rhame; his granddaughters, Mindy Shay Miller and Ashley Rhame; and also, Jennifer Miller and Chris Rhame (Mary Welch).
The overabundance of love he had for his grand-daughters was so known and he wanted nothing more than to support them in all they did so in lieu of flowers he would want you to help support their passions.
