She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Purcell and Lucy Jackson Purcell. She is survived by: her husband Sherman Mayfield; her sons, Art (Terri Carney), Don (Kim Reel), Gary (Denise DuBose) and Kenneth (Sheena Burris); and her grandchildren, Samantha Weaver, Clint Weaver, Melissa Toon, Ben Reel, Andrea Thornton, Megan DuBose, Blake Bevill, Brooke Bevill, Maigan Hughes, Emmalee Burris, Art Carney, Don Reel and Kenneth Burris. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
