He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Blakelynn; and his stepmother Ellen Gage. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Gage; his children, Carley, Harley, Dylan, Kiley, Allison, Morgan and Rainee; his grandchildren, Tristin, Ella, Cheyenne, Nathan, Logan, Brinlee and Adeline; his parents, Charles "Gaylen" Gage and Jeanne Gage; his sister Deanna Jordan; and his friend Larry Mauch (Tina).
