She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Miles and Lillie Miles; her sons, John, James and Kendall; and her siblings, Louise Stringer and Connie Miles.
She is survived by: her husband Kendall Neill of Whitehouse; her daughters, Shelley Welch (Steve) of Whitehouse, Brenda Hobbs (Craig) of Chapel Hill and Amy Cooksy (Kyle) of Whitehouse; her grandchildren, Audrey Kirby (Josh) of Sweeny, Dalton Jeffers of Tyler, Kendall Cooksy of Whitehouse, Kameron Cooksy of Whitehouse, Stephen Welch (Heather) of Bullard, Stephanie Beall (Trey) of Bullard, Brandon Hobbs of Chapel Hill and Brandi Jones (Caleb) of Chapel Hill; her sisters, Margaret Higginbotham and Glenda Ferguson; and her niece Linda Thomas. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
