He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Benjamin Sperling Sr. and Grace Arlene Vanpatten Sperling; and his wife Fredia Rene McBurney Sperling. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael, Frank and Betsey Sperling; his daughter April Renee Henderson (Michael Henderson) of Whitehouse, TX; and his grandchildren, Trevor Dayne Kress and Avalyn Elizabeth Kress. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends that became family, and "adopted" children.
