He is survived by: his wife Janie Carlson of Whitehouse; his children, Todd Burch, Scott Burch and Sarah Burch Edwards (Wes) of Tyler; his stepsons, Ben Wilson of East Texas, David Wilson of East Texas and Erich Wilson of East Texas; and his brother Peter Burch.
