He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Thomas and Doris Womack Vance. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Vance of Whitehouse; his sons, Russell Vance (Aida) of Troup and Kevin Vance (Anna Beth) of Mt. Vernon; his siblings, Levenia Agnew of Deer Park, Nawatha Cahill of Chandler and Herb Shubert (Sharon) of New Orleans, LA; and his grandchildren, Colby Vance, Colton Vance (Georgette), Tayler Vance, Corey Vance (Alexandria), Tristen Vance, Jayden Vance, Katie Joe Vance and Jameson Vance.
