It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Nunley in Whitehouse, Texas, born in Gary, Texas, who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Thomas and Hattie Lura Heaton Thomas; her siblings, Sampson David Thomas and Frances Thomas Ritter; and her nephew David Wayne Thomas.

She is survived by: her husband Don Nunley; her daughters, Cherie Templin (Robert) and Donna Norris; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jaime Crouse, Joshua, Julie Templin, Kelsey Norris, Alan, Erica Templin, Katie Norris and Alex Norris; her brother Robert Roland Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Brooklyn, Easton, Aaron, Elijah, Haylee Grace, Jennifer and Hadleigh.
