He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Norman and Molly McLendon Norman; his siblings, Louise Conner and Daniel Norman; and his great grandchild Drake Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. "Ginny" Norman; his daughter Terry Payne; his son-in-law Marty Daniels; his son James M. "Jimbo"; his daughter-in-law Lou Nell Norman; his son Charles "Chuck" Norman; and his daughter-in-law Pamela J. Norman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
