She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Black and Floyd H. Black; her husband Bennie Troy Portwood I; her siblings, Danny, Charles Black, Mary McCoy and Barbara Clark; and her son Johnny Wayne Portwood.
She is survived by: her son Bennie Troy Portwood II (Gail) of Tyler; her daughter-in-law Kathy Portwood of Whitehouse; and her children, Nancy Crawford (Doug) of Tyler, Penny Davison (Steve) of Lindale and Kevin Portwood of Whitehouse. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
