He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Loyd Higgins, Sr. and Doris Gaylord Lockey; and his daughter Paige Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Amanda Kubala (Brandon) and Taylor Higgins (Anicka); his siblings, Gaye Wulf, Dan Higgins (Rebecca) and Brenda Hall (Tommy); his sister-in-law Linda Warren; and his grandchildren, Collin, Clayton Kubala and Larken Higgins. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, and nine grandnephews.
If desired, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, Tunnels to Towers Foundation or First Baptist Church, 801 East Main, Whitehouse TX, in lieu of flowers.
