With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Mack Horton of Whitehouse, Texas, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 13, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Horton and Ruth Dewitte Horton; and his sister Jan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Horton; his children, Russell Horton (Shelly) of Austin, TX, Rodney Horton (Diana) of Austin, TX, Steven Horton of Edmond, OK and Sherri Reuland (Kurt) of Whitehouse, TX; and his grandchildren, AJ, Audrey, Lindsey, Michael, Angela, Pamela, Jack, Riley, Claire and Rhett. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
