He is survived by: his wife Betty Steel Crotsenburg; his daughters, Monaca Leah Davis (Chris) and Mylessa Dawn Thornburgh (Terry); and his granddaughters, Savannah Thornburgh, Madison Thornburgh, Lillian Thornburgh, Sydney Davis and Leah Davis.
