He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Gay Hall and James Marvin Winebarger; and his siblings, Bobby Winebarger, James Marvin Winebarger Jr., Lois Repper and Shirley Self.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Dame Winebarger; his sons, Tim (Melissa Winebarger) and Brian (Catherine Winebarger); his grandchildren, Addison Winebarger (Taylor Winebarger), Emma Winebarger, Andrew Winebarger and River Winebarger; and his sisters, Fonda Waldron and Wanda Counts.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Crossing Event Center (101 Glenda St, Whitehouse, TX 75791).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to SEARCH.
