He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bilderback and Mary Bilderback; his former wife Doris Bilderback; his brother Billy E. Bilderback; his nephew Doug Bilderback, Jr.; and his sons-in-law, David Clark and Steven Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bilderback (Mattingly); his daughters, Deborah E. Clark and Sheila R. Richardson; his brother Doug (Georgia); his sister-in-law Diane Bilderback (Tropp); and his stepchildren, Thomas (Heather Greenwell), Rachel (Robby Salinas), Jason (Anita Frantz) and Amanda (Eugene Bell). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, one great grandchild.
