He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gene, Lula Douglas, Luther and Wynell Roach. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Freeman and Kelly Roach; his sons, Carter and Tristen Adams; his sister Rachel Hotman; his niece Madeline Hotman; and his nephew Payne Hotman. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
