He was predeceased by: his parents, Floss Seline and Lois Faye Baldwin (Robinson). He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughter Julie Stacy (Mitch) of Levelland; his grandchildren, Morgan Richmond (John) and Hailey Smith (Dustin); and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Delgado, Emberli Smith and Phoenix Smith. He is also survived by three sisters.
The family suggests memorials be made to the New Mexico Children's Home at 1356 NM-236, Portales, NM 88130.
