He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Pearl Gressett Scarborough and Elvie Scarborough; his brother Travis Scarborough; and his grandsons, Jerry Wayne Taylor and Kurt Allen Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Hopkins; his daughters, Belinda Terrell and Lisa Lummus (Larry); his granddaughters, Jessica Boggs (Andy) and Nikki Slattery (Tom); and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Kallen, Kasyn, Lily, Brooke, Paden (Trista), Noah and Barrington.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Krestridge Funeral Home (505 Austin St, Levelland, TX 79336). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Whiteface Cemetery East 2nd.
