He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Harper and Merle Harper; his wife Shirley Ann Shelley; and his daughter Vickie Stone. He is survived by: his sister Bebe (Jim Harrington); and his children, Cecil Greg Harper, Celia (Terry Kirkham) and Shelley Williams. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
